As a Social Care Worker, you will:

• →Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• →Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
• →Support people to access education, employment, leisure activities, and their local community.
• →Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
• →Build positive and trusting relationships with the people you support.
• →Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
• →Work closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• →Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe environment.

• Previous experience in care or support work.
• Health and Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Full UK driving licence.
