Requirements

- Experience owning product decisions where subscription conversion, retention, churn, ARPU, or LTV were core success metrics
- Strong understanding of paywall design, pricing, packaging, onboarding, activation, and monetization
- Strong analytical and experimental mindset, with comfort being measured on revenue and retention impact
- Ability to work closely with engineering and data teams, challenge estimates, and keep execution moving
- High ownership, speed, and comfort operating in ambiguity
