About the Role

We are seeking two Data Senior Supervisors to join our Global Supply Chain operations. You will be critical in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless financial reconciliation across our operations.

Responsibilities

Focus: Inventory Integrity & Warehouse Systems

  • Inventory Accuracy: Oversee counts and reconciliations across warehouses, performing Quality Control (QC) on count sheets and variance reporting.
  • System Champions: Act as the lead for SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), providing training and troubleshooting support to country teams.
  • Transaction Quality Control: Conduct regular QC reviews on Goods Receipt POs (GRPOs) and inventory moves to ensure data integrity and prevent shrinkage.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing recurring errors and implementing corrective actions in transaction posting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance for accurate stock reporting and with Purchasers to facilitate efficient PO closure.

Requirements

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in data analytics, supply chain, or logistics operations within a data-driven environment.
  • Proficient in SAP , Warehouse Management System, or comparable ERP systems, able to guide users, optimize workflows, and ensure data is correctly captured and maintained.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and able to perform advanced data analysis for decision-making.
  • Experience in analyzing data, detecting inconsistencies, and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Experience collaborating across multicultural teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Succeed in a structured environment and be comfortable managing routine tasks.
  • Fluency in English is required.
