Warehouse Associate – Order Picking & Packing

Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for our Troy, Michigan warehouse. If you're dependable, pay attention to detail, and want a stable Monday–Friday job with daytime hours, we'd like to meet you.

This position focuses on order picking, packing, shipping, and material handling. You'll pull customer orders, verify products and quantities, prepare shipments, and help keep the warehouse organized. We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting orders right and works well as part of a team. Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work a moderately physically demanding job.  

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with paid training, overtime opportunities, and an effective starting rate of $17.25 per hour, including our weekly attendance bonus. ($16.25 Base, plus $40 Weekly Bonus for working full 40 hours on clock) Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with company match after one year.

Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or order-picking experience is helpful but not required-we're happy to train the right person. You should be able to lift 60–70 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
