We're looking for a Platform Administrator to join our DHA EIDS team, keeping the enterprise data platforms that power military health analytics and data delivery running securely and reliably.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Administer enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling
- →Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments
- →Support operational sustainment including patching, monitoring, logging, and system health validation
- →Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues impacting dashboards, integrations, and performance
- →Coordinate platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration aligned with enterprise delivery standards
- →Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- →Support security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks
- Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux
- Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2-based infrastructure
- Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments
- Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks
- Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with cross-functional technical teams
- Communicates clearly and openly, whether writing a runbook or troubleshooting with engineers
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
