Responsibilities
~1 min read- Coordination: Post job openings, schedule interviews and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Communication: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Onboarding Admin: Prepare employment contracts, organize welcome kits, and handle the practical "Day 1" logistics (keys, badges, desk setup)
- Documentation: Maintain accurate employee files and ensure all paperwork is compliant with local labor laws.
- Payroll Prep: Collect and organize monthly payroll data (overtime, absences, bonuses) to be processed by our external providers.
- Attendance: Track vacations and sick leave to keep our records up to date.
- The Essentials: Order office supplies, manage snacks/catering, and ensure all meeting rooms are tidy and tech-ready.
- Vendor Point-of-Contact: Coordinate with cleaners, repair services, and couriers to maintain a high-functioning workspace.
- Studio Culture: Assist the Studio Manager in organizing team lunches, celebrations, and studio events.
- Ad-hoc Support: Tackle any daily tasks needed to help the Studio Manager and the creative team stay focused on making games.
- Action-Oriented: You enjoy being "on the floor" and getting things done. No task is too small if it helps the studio succeed.
- Detail-Obsessed: You are naturally organized and double-check your work for accuracy.
- Efficient: You know how to prioritize a busy to-do list and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Positive Communicator: You are a people person who helps create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Requirements
~1 min read- Language Proficiency: Native Czech: Essential for local admin, contracts, and communicating with local vendors.
- Fluent English: Required for internal communication and team coordination.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an office admin, HR assistant, or recruitment coordinator role.
- Industry Context (Plus): Experience working in HR for Ops-heavy teams and/or experience within the gaming/creative studio industry is a significant plus.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in G-Suite; experience with any HR software is a plus.
- Availability: Ready to start quickly to help us get the studio doors open!
