Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the design of our back-office products and help establish the design system behind them.

What you’ll do:

 - Design complex tools for trading, risk, operations, data, and other internal teams.
 - Own product design end to end – from understanding workflows and requirements to final design, validation, and iteration.
 - Work directly with the people using these tools every day, including traders and operators.
 - Build and evolve a scalable design system across our back-office products.
 - Work with existing component libraries and frameworks where it makes sense, adapting and extending them rather than reinventing common patterns.
 - Deliver quickly without compromising usability, consistency, or quality.

What we’re looking for:

 - Experience designing complex, data-heavy products: back-office systems, admin tools, dashboards, trading platforms, or similar.
 - Strong understanding of design systems, component architecture, and design tokens.
 - Ability to simplify complex workflows and large amounts of information.
 - Strong product thinking and ability to work closely with product and engineering.
 - Ability to take ownership and make pragmatic design decisions without unnecessary complexity.
 - Understanding of sports and sports betting is a strong advantage. Previous iGaming experience is a plus.
