Accounting Clerk (Account Receivable)

• →Prepares daily deposits of various types of payments such as checks, ACH, wire payments, cash, credit card, etc.
• →Responsible for posting entries and processing them into bank account. 
• →Manages Accounts Receivables by customers/CLDRs/Affiliates and collects payments.  
• →Email invoices as requested by customers
• →Bank reconciliation.  
• →Files payment details. 
• →Researches and processes customer disputes. 
• →Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks. 
• →Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up. 

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, administration or equivalent experience (Recent college graduates more than welcome!)
• Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role
• You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, you’re customer-oriented and have a good sense of urgency
• Advanced English level is a must
