Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We're looking for an ambitious and talented Strategy Manager (reporting to our Chief of Staff and CEO) to join us to help deliver strategic outcomes in a fast-growing environment. You will be accountable for ensuring that the business is equipped with the right tools and frameworks to achieve its core objectives as part of our Corporate Development and Strategy function.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO to deliver company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead the discovery of growth opportunities across international and domestic markets.
  • Work with the business and external sources to identify strategic opportunities for further development.
  • Contribute to structurally building capabilities in the Corporate Dev and Strategy team as well as the wider business.
  • Identify and proactively solve problems (strategic, technical, and operational) with a mindset of continuous optimisation.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and strategy documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, comfortable building models or business cases that inform decisions.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality in all aspects of work and be trusted.
  • Curious and passionate about AI and data and their application in business strategy.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of ownership.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to structure ambiguity.
Required Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing complex strategic projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building financial models or business cases.
  • Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Data Services.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work across functions and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment is advantageous.
