As a Finance & Strategy Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Ohme’s leadership team in strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, and executive decision-making.
You will part of the Corporate Development & Strategy team, which reports to the Chief of Staff. This role offers a unique vantage point across the organisation and an opportunity to influence high-impact projects from day one.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key advisor to stakeholders, providing proactive analysis to support commercial decisions
- →Financial Planning & Control: Play a lead role in the budgeting and resource planning processes, tracking spend across departments while identifying risks and opportunities
- →Help improve FP&A processes, systems, and data infrastructure as we scale
- →Monitor KPIs and contribute to regular business updates
- →Prepare presentations, dashboards, and strategy documents for internal and external stakeholders
- →Conduct financial, strategic and market analysis on companies, industries in the energy and EV sector
- →Act as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff & Strategy team
- Strategic Analytical Background: Significant experience in an analytical, strategic, or commercial role, ideally within consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup.
- Stakeholder Influence: A clear and confident communicator with a proven ability to influence senior leadership and work collaboratively across teams.
- Commercial Mindset: A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, comfortable with ambiguity and able to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Naturally curious and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
