The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.

Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of leading teams, supporting sales partners, and driving brand growth across multiple markets.

You will work from our shared office space in Barcelona (Gracia), 3 days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and will actively contribute to the company culture.

There may be international travel required where necessary to our London office and/or other sites in Europe (Porto, Milan, Paris, …).

Responsibilities

→Own and execute Ohme's marketing strategy across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and Portugal), ensuring alignment with wider European objectives.
→Partner closely with the regional Sales teams to drive growth through impactful marketing campaigns, events and partner communications.
→Lead, develop and inspire the Southern Europe marketing team, setting priorities and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
→Oversee digital marketing activities, including website, CRM, email automation, social media and regional content, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
→Track campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and support business growth.
→Collaborate with the wider European Marketing team to share best practices, align campaigns and drive cross-market initiatives.

You have 6+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally across both B2B and B2C environments.
You have proven experience leading and developing marketing teams, leading by example and inspiring others through a hands-on approach.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in execution when needed, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.
You have successfully delivered integrated marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
You are comfortable working with CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms and have a strong understanding of digital marketing.
You are an organised project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and enjoys building processes as the business grows.
You are passionate about clean technology, electrification and the energy transition.
You are fluent in Spanish with professional English. Italian and/or Portuguese are a plus.
