→Demonstrated ability to source and close cold partnerships — not just manage warm inbound relationships.
→Strong cross-functional influence skills; comfortable driving prioritization decisions with product teams and external partners without formal authority.
→Technical fluency sufficient to evaluate integration complexity, understand product roadmap tradeoffs, and assess what a partnership requires to go live.
→Proven success running joint go-to-market campaigns with external partners, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or startup ecosystems.
→Strong storytelling ability to translate technical features into developer-first value propositions.
→Experience supporting event marketing (meetups, hackathons, conference sponsorships).
→Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and iterating.
→Deep understanding of how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt new tools.

Hands-on familiarity with the modern AI developer tooling ecosystem — platforms like Vercel, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Builder.io, and similar. Understands these communities from the inside, not just as a marketer.
Experience with AI-native or vibe-coding platforms (V0, Lovable, Cursor, or similar).
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, SaaS, or open-source ecosystem).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:

$120,000—$165,000 USD
