Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, QA, Product, Documentation, and UX teams) to ideate, design and implement features that drive the core authentication experience for users in the Workforce and Customer identity landscape
- →Manage entire lifecycle of major features from ideation to delivery by maintaining strong emphasis on broader alignment, accurate estimations and high bar for quality and security
- →Propose and align on technical strategy
- →Contribute to technical designs, proposals, and architectural decisions
- →Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with comprehensive unit/functional tests
- →Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and security best practices
- →Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- →Mentor and coach junior engineers
Requirements
~1 min read- Extensive experience working on medium to large projects in a technical capacity through accurate estimations, precise project planning, project oversight and delivery
- Strong hands-on experience designing & developing enterprise software using Java with Springboot
- Proficient in object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, server-side technologies and distributed system concepts(caching, asynchronous processing, multi-threading)
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting complex java codebase
- Passionate about writing clean, maintainable and scalable code with a deep focus on security
- Solid experience with cloud infrastructure platforms particularly AWS and databases
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional(Product/Design/QA) and geo-distributed teams
- Lead and mentor junior engineers
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years of experience designing and building enterprise grade software using Java at scale
