• →Understand and apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver solutions at scale
• →Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward completion of project goals
• →Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks and partner with all applicable teams
• →Design and build end-to-end mobile systems, from architecture to launch strategy
• →Ship production-quality code with an emphasis on long-term maintainability, in partnership with reviewers, with relevant documentation and test coverage
• →Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback; action feedback from reviews of your own code promptly
• →Build relationships with internal stakeholders; share project updates and influence decision-making through data-driven insights
• →Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team and provide consultation on domain-level projects
• →Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience
• Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Ongoing AI skill development — prompt engineering, agent orchestration, staying current with emerging AI technologies

• Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code (iOS and/or Android)
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data
• Experience contributing to open source projects or shared code repositories
• Active participation in the developer community (blogs, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
• Experience in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation)
