Responsibilities

As a Buyer I, you'll execute buying activities & support supply planning across assigned categories & regions. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented & ready to grow no matter your starting point, we invest in developing your career as a vital member of our procurement team.

  • Create, negotiate & manage purchase orders for materials, supplies & services
  • Monitor order status, expedite deliveries & resolve discrepancies with vendors & internal stakeholders
  • Source suppliers & gather competitive quotes to support cost savings initiatives
  • Maintain accurate ERP procurement records, including pricing, delivery schedules & supplier performance
  • Partner with internal departments to align purchasing with operational needs
  • Assist in resolving invoice & payment issues alongside Accounts Payable
  • Collaborate with operations teams on demand forecasts & inventory requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels & usage trends to flag shortages or excesses early
  • Analyze historical purchasing data to improve forecast accuracy & supplier planning
  • Help identify lead time constraints & recommend ERP data adjustments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred 
  • 1+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience
  • Basic understanding of procurement & supply planning principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus
  • Strong organizational & communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy & process compliance
Position Pay Range
$55,000—$65,000 USD
