• →Extract claims data from SAP, identify eligible claims, and submit claims to carriers (UPS, LTL providers, etc.)
• →Coordinate with external partners (e.g., ECO) using standardized documentation to process and track claims through resolution
• →Manage parcel claims via carrier dashboards, ensuring timely filing to recover eligible insurance amounts
• →Monitor claim status, maintain dashboards, and track recovery amounts, trends, and outstanding claims

• 2+ years of experience in freight claims, logistics, customer service, or a related function
• Working knowledge of SAP or experience navigating ERP systems to extract and analyze data
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Experience working with parcel and/or LTL carriers (UPS experience preferred)
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage manual processes in a fast-paced environment
