Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- →Conduct quality audits and inspections of loads, paperwork, products, and packaging.
- →Capture, upload, and maintain load documentation and photos.
- →Process UPS/FedEx shipments as needed.
- →Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- →Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support departmental needs.
- →Contribute to team objectives and actively support team initiatives.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Manufacturing and/or logistics experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements

- Frequently bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical movements.
- Lift, push, pull, and move up to 75 lbs. independently or 150 lbs. with assistance.
- Manual dexterity to handle materials and products of varying sizes and weights.
- Strong visual acuity to inspect products and monitor equipment safety.
- Consistently wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold temperatures.
