The Sr. Loader team member is focused on shipping and receiving product and reports to the Production Manager

This role is perfect for an individual who is self-motivated, pays attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.  A vital member of the Shipping Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

• →Ensure all shipments are confirmed when loaded
• →Examine contents and compare with records, or orders, to verify accuracy of outgoing shipment
• →Prepare documents, such as work orders, and shipping orders
• →Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes
• →Lead and direct shipping/receiving team through receiving, order pulling and inventory tasks
• →Experience receiving and verifying materials 

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• 2-4 years of previous shipping/receiving work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, required
• Basic computer familiarity
• Ability to use and understand computerized tracking systems, delivery receipts, and production labels 
• Ability to work in a team environment and be courteous to others
