About the Role

  • Create and manage original, persuasive, conceptually compelling work for campaigns, content and experiences with support from the Creative Director. 
  • Working proactive to push the brands to explore new creative expressions. 
  • Collaborate with on-site and in-house teams to explore ways to develop creative presence through innovative content. 
  • Develop creative output that is on-brand, innovative, challenging and attuned to the cultural interests of the audience. 
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of AI in creative processes, with a forward-thinking mindset towards emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with both luxury and commercial brands. 
  • Over 5 years of experience in advertising,
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks & beverages sectors preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion and lifestyle industries, with experience directing visual narratives. 
  • Demonstrated success leading and executing international campaigns for high-profile clients. 
  • Skill in developing tailored aesthetic concepts that resonate with sophisticated audiences. 
  • A helicopter view of the content world and emerging trends in social media communication. 

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE: 

  • Excellent portfolio of work that demonstrates high quality art direction and design within a variety of marketing campaign and platform projects. 
  • Strong layout and design skills across print and digital. 
  • Actively support the Creative Director with new business activity, networking and pitching where required. 
  • Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships. 
  • Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution. 
  • Experience meeting clients and presenting your work. 
  • Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members. 
  • Helicopter view of the content world as well as emerging trends in social media communication 
  • Deep understanding of Editorial & Publishing models. 
  • Developed and working awareness of all major content platforms and channels and a view on new platforms.
