Associate People Operations Generalist

Responsibilities
~3 min read- →3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data in a People Ops/HR environment.
- →Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, data changes, documentation, transitions) and HRIS best practices.
- →Basic familiarity with benefits plans/designs
- →Excel skills and comfort producing accurate reporting and reconciliations
- →Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- →Ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- →Preferred experience with Asana, Lattice, and Paylocity.
- →Preferred experience implementing process automation or workflow improvements.
- →Preferred familiarity with compensation cycles and benchmarking
The base salary range for this position is between $66,8700 to $80,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
