Position Summary
The Aquatic Facilities Support Professional supports our customers and field operations teams by maintaining clean, organized, professional, and inspection-ready aquatic environments. Working as part of a team of two or more professionals, this position is responsible for equipment room cleanliness, filter maintenance, facility inspections, reporting, facility presentation standards, and overall aquatic infrastructure appearance.

This is a full-time position and an essential part of our operational success. The condition of our equipment rooms, facility presentation, documentation, and overall attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory readiness.
This position also serves as an excellent entry point into the aquatics industry and may provide opportunities for advancement into pool operations, inspections, repairs, construction, compliance, management, and other specialized roles based upon performance, qualifications, and business needs.
Because this position directly impacts public health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, it is considered a safety-sensitive position.
