Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) interested in providing virtual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients.
This opportunity is well suited for clinicians experienced in supporting adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, relationships, identity, grief, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs.
This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
Please note: Applicants may reside outside California. Active, unrestricted California clinical licensure is required, as this position serves clients located in California. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide virtual individual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients
- →Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- →Support clients presenting with a range of behavioral health and life concerns
- →Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care
- →Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- →Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate
- →Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
~1 min read- Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD])
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
- Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
- Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or other common adult behavioral health needs
- Telehealth experience
- Licensure in multiple states
- Additional language proficiency; Spanish is highly desirable
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations
- Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable
