Housekeeping – Hotel McCoy Tucson

Position Summary

Hotel McCoy is looking for detail-oriented, dependable, and kind team members to help create clean, welcoming, and memorable stays for our guests. Housekeeping Attendants play a huge role in the guest experience by maintaining rooms, public spaces, and the overall vibe of the property.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in cleanliness, and appreciates a creative, fast-paced hospitality environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms to Hotel McCoy standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
• Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets
• Clean public areas including lobby, pool areas, hallways, and restrooms
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready within assigned timelines
• Handle guest requests with kindness and professionalism
• Help maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests and coworkers
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Frequent walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in Arizona heat conditions
