Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and a passion for hospitality, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and pool-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills; must be able to interact positively with guests and staff.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: From $17.35per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
