Responsibilities

  • →Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients.
  • →Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution.   
  • →Develop patient experience reports. 
  • →Complete Daily phone/text audits.
  • →Complete volume reporting to be shared with management. 
  • →Pull charts in accordance with insurance request. 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required.
  • Experience with EMR system preferred, EClinical Works is a plus! 
  • Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills 
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player!
