Aircraft Cleaner - Manchester Airport - Virgin Atlantic

Optime Group are proud to be recruiting Aircraft Cleaners for a prestigious client at Manchester Airport. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company offering excellent conditions and facilities.

• Rate of pay: £12.69 per hour
• Morning Shifts
• Must be able to work all the below
• 04:30 – 10:30
• 05:00 – 11:00
• 06:30 – 12:30
• Shift pattern: 4 on 2 off
• Overtime available
• Weekly Pay (every Friday)
• Temp to Perm (performance-related).

• →Cleaning of all areas of various sizes of aeroplanes making sure they are ready for their next journeys.
• →Cleaning and restocking aircraft consumables.
• →Vacuuming carpets and wiping down equipment and surfaces.
• →Cleaning aircraft kitchen areas (galleys) and washrooms.
• →Removing rubbish and making sure that it is properly disposed.
• →Assuring the proper handling of hazardous materials.
• →Security checking of the aircraft and reporting any findings as per your training.

The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 4 on 2 off and you will need to be fully flexible with the days and hours you can work. This could be subject to change!

• Day 1: 04:30 – 10:30
• Day 2: 05:00 – 11:00
• Day 3: 06:30 – 12:30
• Day 4: 06:30 – 12:30
• OFF
• OFF

This is a 24-30 hours per week role however overtime will be available.

• Valid Passport or Driving Licence /Birth Certificate or National ID card.
• This role requires you to stand for long periods of time
• UK Settled Status (If applicable).
• Proof of National Insurance.
• Proof of (current) Address.
• 5 Year Address History.
• 5 Year Work Reference History.

• Have 3 years UK residency (security clearance)

• Provide 5-year history

• Pass basic criminal record check + CTC

• Be comfortable on your feet for long periods
