Airport Terminal Cleaner - Night Shifts - Gatwick Airport

Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are excited to be recruiting for Airport Cleaners to join one of our well-respected and successful clients at Gatwick Airport. This job offers full time hours, overtime opportunities and an immediate start. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic working conditions and facilities.

What’s on offer:

• Rate of Pay: £14.59 per hour.
• Night Shifts available: 18:00pm-06:00am OR 19:00pm-07:00am
• Shift Pattern: 4 ON 4 OFF - You must be flexible to work both shifts.
• Weekly Pay (every Friday).
• Full training provided.
• Temp to Perm (performance based)
• ASAP Start!

• →Cleaning all areas of the terminal (includes rest rooms).
• →Hoovering, mopping, and dusting high and low-level areas.
• →Documenting routine inspections.
• →Working as part of a team.
• →Completing tasks in a timely manner.
• →Using various cleaning equipment in line with training.
• →Adhering to airport security processes.

• Ability to work well in a team.
• Great work ethic.
• Valid Passport or Driving Licence /Birth Certificate or National ID card.
• UK Settled Status (If applicable).
• Proof of National Insurance.
• Proof of (current) Address.
• 5 Year Address History.
• 5 Year Work Reference History.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
• Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial.

PLEASE NOTE: As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide 5-year checkable history.
