Monday–Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Saturday: One Saturday per month, as scheduled
Pay: Starting at $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing patient care treatment plans and ensuring that patients understand and proceed with their recommended treatment. This position involves patient interaction, detailed communication, and administrative support to facilitate smooth and effective patient care from diagnosis through treatment completion.
- Meet with patients to discuss their treatment plans as outlined by the surgeon.
- Explain treatment procedures, potential outcomes, and financial obligations.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns about their treatment options and plans.
- Provide educational materials and resources to help patients understand their treatment.
- Follow-up calls to patients that did not schedule and work to remove roadblocks to get treatment completed.
- Coordinate the scheduling of treatments, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
- Ensure that all necessary pre-treatment steps, such as lab work or imaging, are completed.
- Monitor patient progress and follow up to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Adjust treatment schedules as needed in response to patient needs or surgeon

Requirements

- Full understanding of surgical guide treatment from patient consultation to execution.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in healthcare.
