Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Human Resources Representative 1 Human Resources Representative 1 (onsite-Boise, ID) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: · Entry-level friendly; adaptability valued over tenure · Pre-hire & onboarding (≈75% of role) · Track post-offer steps through Day 1 · Facilitate new hire orientations · Case management (10–15/week) · Rehire eligibility checks · Terminations / separations · Conduct first-day orientations (biweekly) · Presentation skills SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: · Comfortable leading sessions for 40–80 in-person (≈100 total incl. virtual) · HR systems experience (required/preferred) · Workday (transactions, onboarding, separations) · ServiceNow (case management) · Work authorization/I-9 documentation knowledge · Tech-savviness & adaptability · Open to new tools (e.g., AI/Copilot) · Attention to detail & process tracking (onboarding workflow) · Suitable for entry-level candidates with strong aptitude · Work Conditions / Schedule · Volume & Environment · High hiring volume environment (backfill + ramp) QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: · 1–2 years HR or related experience preferred (not required) · Team: ~6 members (U.S.) · Training provided; scope may expand with proficiency Hiring Criteria Emphasis · Strong communication + presentation ability · Proven or demonstrated system/navigation skills (Workday/ServiceNow) · Compliance awareness (I-9/work authorization) · Reliability for onsite, fast-paced operations Growth mindset and flexibility About us: OTSI is a global technology partner providing enterprise IT consulting, digital solutions, and managed services.
