Agent Network Assistant - Readvertise

Position purpose: Assist with the Agent Network strategy in the provinces and deliver quality Mobile Money service to consumers through effective Mobile Money agent network. Accountabilities: Identify and recruit potential new agents to expand the agent network in the provinces namely: (Makira, Isabel, Central, Temotu & Rennell) Assist with the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are trained and equipped to effectively provide mobile money services. Financial: Assist with the Mobile Money revenues. Collaborate with the Agent Network Manager to develop and implement strategies to expand the Mobile Money Agent network, driving increased transaction volumes and revenue growth. Identify and recruit new good quality mobile money agents to meet agreed business targets. Customer: Assist with the Mobile Money revenues Collaborate with the Agent Network Manager to develop and implement strategies to expand the Mobile Money Agent network, driving increased transaction volumes and revenue growth. Identify and recruit new good quality mobile money agents to meet agreed business targets. Process: Assist the Mobile Money agent network. Ensure agent owners and their outlet operators are made aware of, and trained in if required, any new mobile money functionality. Monitor agent performances. People: Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster their commitment to mobile money Risk/Compliance/Behaviors : Ensure agents understand and comply with regulatory requirements related to mobile money services. Conduct regular checks to assess and address risks associated with agent activities, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Requirements Competency(Skills, knowledge and experience) Experience Required Possess 3 to 5 years of retail sales experience Experience in a retail sales environment is essential Drivers Licence is essential Mandatory Qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing Behavioral Qualities, Skills & Leadership Competencies: Aggressive but pleasant personality.
