Position Purpose: The M-SELEN Key Accounts Support Officer supports the Key Accounts Manager in driving Mobile Money growth through effective partner management, operational coordination, reporting, and execution of commercial initiatives. The role ensures smooth delivery of Mobile Money products and services across key accounts, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and compliance with regulatory standards. Accountabilities / Responsibilities Support the achievement of Mobile Money revenue targets through execution of key account plans. Assist in monitoring the financial performance of products, services, and partnerships. Contribute to commercialization activities for newly launched Mobile Money solutions. Support onboarding and growth of merchants and partners within the Mobile Money ecosystem. Assist in executing initiatives that drive customer and agent engagement. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure service quality and satisfaction. Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and product initiatives. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance metrics. Ensure proper documentation of processes and reporting accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support product delivery and issue resolution. Liaise with external partners and merchants to ensure seamless service delivery. Support marketing initiatives including ATL, BTL,SMS, and OTA campaigns. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support account performance. Risk/compliance/behaviours: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Support implementation of compliance practices across agents and partners. Assist in maintaining proper documentation for audits and regulatory reporting Requirements · Competency (Skills, knowledge & experience) Has 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or product support. Has experience in Mobile Money, Digital Banking, or FinTech is an advantage Functional & Skill Requirements: Understanding of payment ecosystems and digital financial services Basic financial and commercial awareness Stakeholder and relationship management Strong reporting and analytical capability Behavioural Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Good planning and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Results-oriented and performance-driven mindset High level of integrity and professionalism Education/Qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage Benefits What's on offer? - An excellent remuneration package with performance incentives. - A chance to join a dynamic growing company with strong career prospects.
