Job Description THE ROLE We are seeking a creative and skilled Web3 Graphic Designer to join our team and help build a strong visual identity for the Over the Reality brand. You will be responsible for designing web3 illustrations, marketing materials, and other visual assets that communicate our brand values and resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities: • Design and produce engaging and on-brand graphics for various media formats, including digital and print • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives • Conceptualize and develop visual concepts and designs that align with project goals and brand identity • Develop storyboards to visualize and refine compelling narratives, create sequence of storytelling frames and overall design. • Create preliminary drafts and present design concepts for review and feedback • Utilize design software and, when necessary, manual techniques to produce illustrations, logos, and other graphical elements • Stay informed about new Web3 design trends • Proactively enhance the brand s visual identity across various channels, driving design evolution and contributing to the expansion of our design system. REQUIREMENTS Experience: • Demonstrate a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that showcase your design skills and creativity, which should be attached to your CV • Possess at least +3 years of professional experience in a Web3 Graphic Designer role, demonstrating a track record of successful design projects • Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is considered an advantage, as it may be relevant to the company s industry • Is considered an advantage experience in 3D motion graphics and AI image/motion generation. • Be proficient with design software and technologies, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe After Effects • Exhibit a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in design work • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and clients to understand and deliver on design requirements • Excel in organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking, meeting deadlines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously • Be tech-savvy and stay updated with the latest design and technology trends to bring innovative and fresh perspectives to design projects Language Requirements: Fluent in English Don t miss this opportunity – apply now and be part of the Over the Reality revolution.
