Community Manager

Over the Reality is the largest Geospatial DePIN platform. We are seeking a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist and a community enthusiast who thrives in the crypto and Web3 space. This role offers the opportunity to lead community growth initiatives, onboard and manage mappers, foster partnerships, and create engaging content. Key Responsibilities • Community Engagement and Growth:   • Build, expand, and manage our community across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter. •   • Outreach, Onboard, support, and mentor new mappers to increase community participation. •   • Actively engage with community members, responding to their questions and feedback promptly. • • Partnership Development:   • Identify and connect with relevant crypto projects to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. •   • Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and external teams to amplify community reach. • • Content Creation:   • Create on-brand, engaging posts for social media. •   • Plan and execute online events, including AMAs, quests, and community calls, to boost engagement and awareness. • • Community Insights:   • Analyze metrics to measure growth, retention, and community satisfaction. •   • Gather and relay community feedback to the product and marketing teams to inform internal strategies. •   • Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to align community engagement efforts with company-wide objectives. • • Trend Awareness: • Stay updated on crypto trends and Web3 narratives to align content and campaigns with audience interests. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or Growth Manager, preferably in the blockchain/Web3 space. • Proven experience managing and growing communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, or Twitter. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency culture, and the Web3 ecosystem. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. • Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Familiarity with Web3 marketing tools and growth strategies.
