Billing Accountant (Mid - Senior)

Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, customer’s balances, and collections;

Managing high-volume revenue data and PSP data imports, ensuring data accuracy and performing reconciliations;

Managing communication and handling inquiries from customers, Account Management, and Sales teams.;

Preparing and submitting sales tax and VAT reports to local and foreign tax authorities;

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities and external audits.

Maintaining the company's accounting policy to meet current business needs, market conditions, and legal requirements;

Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in accounting processes, internal controls, and workflows – suggesting and implementing changes to increase efficiency and accuracy;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Controlling, etc.) and managing process improvement projects, system migrations, and new business initiatives.

At least 2 years of practical accounting experience, with a strong focus on data processing and accounts receivable operations.

A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance, paired with a solid understanding of core principles (general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, debit/credit transactions).

Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis, complex formulas, and pivot tables.

A high level of independence and a proactive ownership mindset, with a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.

Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) or Salesforce.
