Senior Accountant

-財務諸表等の作成・分析等（日本及び米国会計基準）
-税務（税務調査等対応、税理士法人とともに各種申告書作成、各種届出提出等）
-各種プロジェクトのサポート
-税金関係等の支払業務、関係諸官庁への報告書等の作成、文書整理・管理等の業務対応。

-J GAAP (and US GAAP) financial statements' preparation and analysis

-Tax filings' preparation (CIT, JCT, WHT, Office tax, Property tax, etc,)

-Other tax related filings (Notifiction of change, Double tax treaty, etc.)

-Tax payments' operation by e-tax and el-tax

-Tax audit coordination and attendance as SPOC

-Business analysis and advising in respect of accounting and tax

-Various reporting to governmental bodies (including BOJ report)

-Coordination of shareholders' meeting with legal team

-Participation in global projects

-Document retention

-経理業務経験５年以上（税務経験もあればベター）
-PCスキル(中級以上のExcel, Word,その他のDigital tools等)
-中級レベルの英語力（読み書きに加えてVerbal Communication能力も必要）

-ネイティブレベルの日本語力（会話、読み書き）
-SAP、Oracle等のERP使用経験があれば尚可
-Self Starter（詳細な指示等がなくても自ら積極的に学び、前向きに対応できる能力が求められる）
-適切なコミュニケーション能力

-More than 5 years' experiences for accounting as well as tax

-Hands-on audit experiences (tax and statutory audit, etc.)

-M&A experience will be plus

-PC skill (mid level) and hands-on Digitalization/Automation experiences

-Fluency in Japanese (Japanese native is mandatory)

-Fluency in business level English

-SAP experience will be plus

-Self starter

-Good communication skill
