The team waiting for you:

As a Junior Influencer Manager, you will join a team of experienced marketing professionals, where you will directly own the end-to-end Influencer relationship cycle and support your colleagues: from scouting brand-suitable creators to negotiating deals and working on high-impact content. We are scaling fast, so this is the perfect time to jump in and learn, get things done and aim to grow our influencers’ partnerships.

Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and content creators across social media platforms (e.g.: YouTube and TikTok).

Source, reach out and negotiate with brand-suitable influencers.

Think outside the box of how to creatively reach out to the influencers and how to improve performance campaigns to get the best results.

Support the team in their operational work.

Fluency in English.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Knowledge in digital marketing (preferably knowledge of affiliate/influencer marketing).

Passion for social media, Internet culture and for keeping up with the trends.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks.

Having previous experience with YouTube campaigns.

Analytical skills: Advanced in Excel, Google sheets, Powerbi, other analytical tools.

Have experience with mass-outreach tools such as Yesware/Mixmax/Buzzstream or Mailchimp.

Having prior experience with Salesforce is a huge plus.

Gross salary: 1800 - 2400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
