We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Slovak team in Bratislava. 

• Independent commercial management of commercial properties (logistics). 
• Tenant support and relationship management. 
• Supervision and coordination of service providers, utilities, and suppliers. 
• CapEx and OpEx projects. 
• Lease contract management and accounts receivable management. 
• Preparation of service charge statements in collaboration with the accounting team. 
• Budget preparation and budget control. 
• Cost monitoring and cost optimization. 
• Handover and takeover of rental spaces. 
• Regular inspections of properties. 
• Timely preparation of reports. 
• Close collaboration across departments, including Finance, Technical, Leasing and Legal, as well as within the Asset and Property Management team. 

• University degree in a relevant field. 
• Several years of experience in property management within the industrial or commercial real estate sector. 
• Independent and responsible working style. 
• Confident demeanor when dealing with tenants and a strong service-oriented mindset. 
• Strong team spirit, commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness. 
• Proficiency in MS Office. 
• Experience with ERP/Property Management systems, especially Yardi. 
• Language skills: Slovak or Czech (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level).
