$19.50 hourly + $1000 Sign-On Bonus for all FT DSPs

As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! Full-time (33 hours per week) shifts currently available.

To excel as a Direct Support Professional at PAI, a caring and empathetic nature is key. You should be a great listener, patient, and ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed. While experience in direct care is a bonus, it's not a must-have - we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this role. You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED to join our team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also important.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Experience in direct care a plus!
