PakWheels is looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Executive to support the operations of our Service Centers and Distributor Network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, order management, distributor coordination, ERP operations, and retail execution to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and business growth across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage inventory planning and replenishment across Service Centers by analyzing sales trends, Days of Stock (DOS), inventory ageing, and stock requirements to ensure optimum product availability.
- →Coordinate purchase orders, stock transfers, order processing, deliveries, and procurement activities while working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- →Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, stock-outs, pricing implementation, merchandising standards, promotional campaigns, and operational compliance through regular branch and market visits.
- →Manage distributor operations by monitoring sales, inventory, collections, outstanding receivables, product availability, and supporting distributor onboarding, market expansion, and retail network development.
- →Support new product launches by coordinating product sourcing, pricing, merchandising, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and timely distribution across all Service Centers.
- →Maintain accurate product master data and operational transactions in the ERP system while resolving issues related to inventory, pricing, order fulfillment, and stock reconciliation.
- →Track and analyze operational KPIs including inventory accuracy, fill rate, Days of Stock (DOS), inventory ageing, sales performance, and product availability, while preparing business reports and recommending process improvements.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, operational SOPs, and best practices while continuously identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as ERPNext, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, order management, and retail operations.
- Experience managing distributor networks and multi-location retail or service center operations will be preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for market, distributor, and Service Center visits.
