About the role

To provide first-class investor relations services to Panmure Liberum’s corporate clients and non-clients. Ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with institutional investors and the broader market. Manage the delivery of investor communications, support strategic messaging, and coordinate investor interactions across various channels. Assist in the planning and execution of targeted client events to enhance visibility and deepen stakeholder relationships.


Responsibilities 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, acting as main point of contact for all investor relations advice
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of investor relations plans for corporate clients
  • Plan and manage investor events such as roadshows (deal and non-deal), site visits and capital markets days for corporate and target clients
  • Conduct detailed investor targeting to identifying non-holders or underweight investors, contacting investors (both holders and non-holders) directly to book meetings
  • Attend and participate in sales team briefings and institutional lunches and, where appropriate, 1-1 meetings with corporate clients
  • Collate institutional feedback following all investor events. Prepare and deliver in-depth feedback reports to corporate clients
  • Detailed understanding of share register analysis. Act as main contact for corporate clients on all matters around their share register analysis
  • Event coordination of analyst briefings (in-house or virtual) and AGMs
  • Provide logistical and on-site support for investor engagements and events


Requirements

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM system
  • Experienced user of market data providers (i.e. BD Advanced, Dealogic, Factset)
  • Good working knowledge of corporate client’s commercial activities
  • Confident client liaison, excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Highly organised, able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise own workload
  • Collaborative team player, stepping in to provide seamless investor relations support when other members of the team are unavailable
