To enhance our team we are seeking an experienced midlevel Product Manager to lead the creation, definition, and development of innovative business concepts, feature concepts, and customer experience concepts with the extended team of functional leaders that will ultimately develop, sell, and support the design.

As a Product Manager II, you will be tasked with not only deeply understanding market demands in terms of customer outcomes but also proactively seeking out and analyzing available data such as pipeline metrics and user behavior. You will gather insights from a wide range of sources including customer feedback, industry analysts, and input from various departments such as sales, sales engineering, marketing, business development, customer success, training, documentation, and support to inform product decisions and strategy.

You will operate with a high degree of independence within an Agile development environment, applying structured product thinking and frameworks such as Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) to ensure the right problems are being solved. You are expected to demonstrate strong project management discipline, driving features from discovery through delivery with minimal oversight.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management. The Product organization’s primary function is to ideate, define, and deliver best-in-class products and solutions to our valued customers. To deliver on this commitment, the team assesses market trends, performs strategic and competitive analysis, conducts customer research and interviews, and deep feasibility and viability assessment to identify areas of opportunities to make product investment decisions. We ruthlessly prioritize opportunities with high ROI and work with R&D to deliver highly scalable and reliable products in a timely fashion. The team is maniacally focused on every aspect of customer experience and continually explores areas of improvement.

  • 8–10 years of product management experience at a software or SaaS company, with a proven track record of proposing new features/modules, developing product roadmaps, and creating ROI models and business justifications for product features.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience serving as a product owner, leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to own delivery end-to-end, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep domain experience in at least one of the following areas: higher education / EdTech, corporate learning & development (L&D), media / video infrastructure, or platform integrations (LMS, LTI, SSO, API ecosystems).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data from various sources, including pipeline metrics, user behavior, customer feedback, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated by the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to address issues and facilitate successful resolutions.

  • Deep understanding of market demands and customer outcomes, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks to product roadmaps and plans.

  • Ability to conduct post-mortems and analyze existing features to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success metrics.

  • Experience utilizing industry journals, publications, competitive datasets, and other data sources to identify and comprehend industry trends, and apply insights to inform product decisions and strategy.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to gracefully handle situations where features do not meet customer expectations, including defining paths to deprecation.

  • Track record of delivering technology products and services that delight customers in a high-growth environment, and will have thrived in ambiguity and shifting priorities.

  • Experience with product discovery and prioritization frameworks such as Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), RICE scoring, Kano model, or Opportunity Solution Trees.

  • A consultative approach to stakeholder management, with a proven ability to uncover root needs behind feature requests and build consensus across engineering, sales, and customer success.

  • Experience with video or media technology platforms, content management systems, or learning management systems in a SaaS environment.

  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS business models, including subscription metrics (ARR, churn, NRR), renewal dynamics, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Familiarity with integration ecosystems such as LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), LTI standards, SCORM, xAPI, and SSO/SAML.
