Dental experience is welcome but not required. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply.

Wage range: $24.00-$27.15 per hour

• →Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
• →Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
• →Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
• →Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
• →Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
• →Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
• →Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
• →Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience

Tuesdays: 6:30a-2:15p

Wednesdays: 7:30a-4:15p

Thursdays: 1:30p-8:15p

Fridays: 8:30a-4:15p
