Why Join Us?

How will you impact?
As a Programme Director at Parser, you will own the delivery, performance, and evolution of a business-critical SaaS loyalty platform. You will be accountable for ensuring the platform reliably enables business growth, supports product innovation, and delivers against commercial and customer outcomes through effective partner management and end-to-end delivery leadership. In this role, you will ensure the platform consistently supports the strategic needs of the Member, Currency, and Redemption domain product teams.
Your key responsibilities:

- End-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery of all platform changes (enhancements, defects, upgrades), coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure structured planning, release management, and risk control.
- Business & Product Interface: Act as the key interface between the platform and product teams, translating business demand into deliverable platform outcomes and prioritizing value flow to avoid bottlenecks.
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and own the platform roadmap aligned to business strategy, leading major initiatives like upgrades or migrations while balancing business ambition with technical sustainability.
- Vendor & Scope Control: Serve as the primary escalation point for platform risks and exercise authority to challenge vendor scope, timelines, and delivery approaches to align with internal priorities rather than vendor-led roadmaps.
