Job Description:

You will initially provide support to the Program Manager in the execution of a fast-paced, high profile, rapidly growing air related program to learn the organization and program, and get more familiar with our customers, contracts and products. Responsibilities may include assisting in the development of program reports and other contract deliverables (CDRLs), scheduling work and travel, developing work plans, managing program finances, tracking and coordinating clearance nominations, certifications and training, maintaining the status of engineering tasks in JIRA, and facilitating communications with internal and external project stakeholders.  You will also have the opportunity to lead multiple projects supporting the growth of the program.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 12 or more years of professional experience, with 3 or more years in project/program management
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be creative, flexible and willing to work with constantly changing priorities and aggressive customer deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a high level of computer literacy and the technical aptitude to learn new tools quickly
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarization with U.S. Government contracting regulations and protocols
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Demonstrated experience managing IC/DoD software development projects

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
