Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Architect to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a wide variety of difficult architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.

Responsibilities

→Prepare functional designs, details, provide design solutions
→Lead a small team of younger Architects
→Be responsible for submissions
→Review the internally produced drawings for design quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
→Coordinate with other disciplines
→Review other disciplines' work
→Have a hands-on role
→Prepare reports, specifications, presentations

Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 16 years of experience in design Architect role.
Proficiency in Revit and CAD
Ability to contribute to a positive team environment through professionalism, cooperation, and a constructive attitude.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Calm, dependable, respectful, professional, collaborative.

Positive, approachable, and composed communication style, including the ability to collaborate effectively under pressure.
Ability to represent the firm professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, and community stakeholders.
Strong mentoring, coaching, and team-development skills.
Experience developing office standards, workflows, templates, or best practices.
Ability to identify potential project issues early and recommend practical solutions.
