IT Desktop Support Engineer (Tier 1)

What you will be doing: Administer / support MS Active Directory and/or Entra ID, including creating, amending, and deleting user accounts. Supporting end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices), operating systems, and Office 365 apps. Troubleshoot networking and security issues. Monitor, investigate, and remediate security threats. Support anti-virus and security solutions. Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune) Resolve service requests in adherence to SLAs. Provide escalated support to IT Administrators. Support voice applications, video conferencing, and biometric access control equipment. Attend meetings and maintain accurate documentation. What our client is looking for: MCP/A+/N+/M365 Certified Administrator or equivalent Experience in desktop support/Tier 1 IT Support Engineer Experience with Office 365 and Azure installation and support, and installing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
