We’re hiring a Client Success Lead to oversee our highest-value client engagements and lead a team of Campaign Managers delivering large-scale, agency-style creator marketing programs.
You’ll own both client outcomes and team performance — acting as a senior client partner, a team leader, and a strategic operator when needed.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll guide strategy and execution while stepping in directly on high-priority campaigns when needed.

Act as the senior point of contact for our key accounts (interfacing with CMO, Head of Growth, Influencer Marketing Leads)

Own client success, retention, and expansion across our managed accounts

Lead strategic planning, campaign reviews, and performance conversations with clients, in partnership with the campaign manager

Position Passionfroot as a long-term growth partner, not just the campaign executors
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6 Campaign Managers
Set the standard for campaign quality, team communication, and execution
Create systems and processes that improve the scalability of creator marketing campaigns on Passionfroot
Oversee end-to-end execution of high-budget creator campaigns (2M+ in ad spend per month, across 6-8 accounts)
Guide clients on strategy: creator selection, campaign structure, and creative direction
Ensure campaigns align with broader GTM and revenue goals
Jump into execution when needed for priority clients or complex programs
Own Reporting & Performance
Establish and own a weekly reporting cadence across all key accounts
Translate campaign data into clear, executive-level insights and narratives appropriate for a CMO
Continuously improve how we measure and communicate ROI
Identify opportunities to optimize, upsell, and expand campaign budgets
Shape Product & GTM
Act as a senior voice between clients and product
Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve the platform
Use AI to test solutions to those problems, refine those AI solutions, then provide recommendations back to product team to embed these solutions into the product.
Contribute to how Passionfroot scales its managed services and GTM motion
This role is ideal if you come from:
An agency background (Account Director, Group Account Director, Client Partner), or
A director-level in-house role (Marketing, Growth, Influencer/Creator Marketing)
You likely:
Have 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, client success, or agency services
Have deep experience running or overseeing creator/influencer marketing campaigns
Have managed large budgets and complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns
Have experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Are comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level when needed
Communicate confidently and succinctly with senior stakeholders and executives
Are highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
