Pathstream |Marketing | New York, NY (Remote or Hybrid)
This is a full-time, exempt position and reports to the Head of Product and Lifecycle Marketing.
Pathstream was founded on the premise that substantial unrealized economic and human potential exists within each organization's frontline workforce. We are reshaping the way employees and managers on the frontlines excel in their careers. In this age of rapid tech evolution, our enterprise partnerships transform frontline teams from transactional to relational, and from task-oriented to strategic.
We impact companies' bottom lines with improved productivity, increased retention, and differentiated quality of customer experience — while employees experience greater success in their current roles and unlock future professional growth.
We're a tight-knit, hardworking, mission-driven team of ~60 employees eager to scale our solution and transform careers across the United States.
As we continue to grow our portfolio of enterprise customers, it's critical that we nurture partner employees and effectively guide them through the Pathstream experience to drive customer activation, retention, growth, and happiness. Lifecycle Marketing touches every aspect of our business — from enrolling learners in programs to launching new partners, activating partner employee accounts, and keeping them actively engaged with Pathstream over the long term. Each of these initiatives ties directly to revenue opportunities and our ability to grow with our B2B partners.
Pathstream is seeking a Senior Engagement Marketing Manager to own learner engagement and retention strategy, quickly ramp up on our B2B2C audiences, and manage the communications our users receive to increase engagement and revenue opportunities through program enrollment and completion. Working with the Lifecycle and Customer Success teams, you will own the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of personalized campaigns across email, SMS, and similar channels, ensuring learners are supported and motivated to achieve their goals.
As a critical cross-functional leader, you'll work closely with Marketing peers and the Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate data tracking, use data to build personalized segmentation and content, and incorporate product-led growth strategies into the learner journey. You'll also collaborate with our Customer Success team and corporate clients to tailor campaigns that align with user needs and partner goals.
This role combines creative problem-solving, technical expertise, and analytical thinking to deliver measurable outcomes and meaningful engagement.
