The AI Product Specialist is responsible for enabling effective use of Pattern's AI and analytics products, by ensuring users receive timely assistance, troubleshooting, and training to maximize the value of data-driven insights in decision-making.
Summary:
The AI Product Specialist serves as the primary resource for users across Pattern's AI and analytics products. This role drives adoption and product effectiveness through technical guidance, issue resolution, and training on the products.
Serve as the primary point of contact for users of Pattern’s AI and analytics tools.
Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex cases to engineering as needed.
Train users and create documentation or guides for features across products.
Monitor system performance and assist with user onboarding.
Collect and synthesize user feedback, surface patterns in issues, and collaborate with product managers and engineering to inform roadmap decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
Previous experience in a technical support, analytic tools, or AI/software product role.
Familiarity with AI tools or assistants, large language models, or analytics platforms is a plus.
Understanding of predictive analytics and data systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Manual Dexterity: Typing or otherwise working primarily with hands or fingers in an office environment.
Sedentary work: Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including computers, papers, and other general office equipment.
Seeing: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word in activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately.
Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, by phone or in person.
