As a Technical Product Manager at Pattern Labs, you will bridge the gap between complex AI technology and strategic business value. Operating with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive product innovation by turning cutting-edge AI capabilities into actionable, scalable marketplace solutions. This high-impact role empowers you to work closely with key stakeholders to reshape how global brands dominate e-commerce through intelligent systems.

Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear technical product requirements and systems architectures.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and AI research teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven products.
Continually explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI tools and workflows into the Pattern Labs ecosystem.
Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous optimization.
Communicate complex technical concepts and AI roadmaps clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software systems, data architecture, and modern tech stacks.
Proven experience in technical product management, successfully bridging business strategy and technical execution.
A deep passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and a drive to continuously learn and apply new AI technologies.
An entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, resourceful, agile, and ownership-driven.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align business goals with technical capabilities.

Hands-on experience building or managing products utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic frameworks.
Experience founding a startup, side project, or leading an entrepreneurial venture from 0 to 1.
Experience with high-scale e-commerce marketplaces or data infrastructure systems.

Highlight real-world side projects, personal AI experiments, or practical applications of modern AI tools you’ve explored on your own time.
Demonstrate how you translate complex stakeholder pain points into clean, structured system architectures and product requirements.
Share concrete examples of when you took an entrepreneurial approach to solve an ambiguous business or technical problem.
